Oggi il Senato ha votato l’art. 38 della legge comunitaria, che dispone la cancellazione dei limiti esistenti alla stagione venatoria.
“E’ incredibile che i cacciatori (600.000) riescano a condizionare il Senato della Repubblica che rappresenta tutta la comunità nazionale (60milioni)”, così esordisce l’On. Gianni Mancuso, noto per il suo impegno animalista.
La stagione venatoria è oggi compresa tra l’1 settembre ed il 31 gennaio (5 mesi)e per questo il nostro Paese è stato gravato di varie procedure di infrazione in materia di caccia. L’Europa ci contesta di cacciare troppo e male e i autorizzare troppe deroghe rispetto ad una normativa già ampia. le conseguenze dell’approvazione dell’art. 38 saranno gravissime!

Potrà capitare di cacciare ad agosto, quando gli uccelli sono ancora dipendenti dai genitori oppure a febbraio, quando gli uccelli sono in piena migrazione verso i Paesi del Nord Europa, dove vanno a riprodursi.
Per fortuna alla Camera dei Deputati esiste un folto drappello di parlamentari “amici degli animali”, di cui fanno parte gli Onorevoli: Mancuso, Ceccacci, Catanoso, Giammanco, Sarubbi, Mannucci, Repetti e tanti altri ancora. “E’ una vergogna! Questa non è una norma degna di un Paese civile. Metteremo in atto ogni forma possibile di ostruzionismo quando il testo tornerà alla Camera” continua l’On. Gianni Mancuso.

“E’ sufficiente ricordare i dati di un recente sondaggio ipsos per comprendere l’infondatezza del provvedimento approvato dal Senato: l’86% è contro il prolungamento della stagione venatoria, il 94% è contro la caccia a 16 anni, il 91% è contro l’aumento delle specie cacciabili, il 93% è contro la caccia agli uccelli migratori” conclude l’On. Mancuso.
Gli italiani chiedono maggiore tutela per gli animali e la natura; questo approccio danneggia anche i tanti cacciatori che non hanno una posizione così estremista e radicale.

Today the Senate voted to art. 38 of EU law, which provides for the abolition of existing restrictions in the hunting season.
“It ‘amazing that hunters (600,000) are able to influence the Senate representing the entire national community (60milioni)”, so begins the Hon. Gianni Mancuso, known for its commitment to animal rights.
The hunting season is now between 1 September and 31 January (5 months) and that is why our country has been burdened with infringement proceedings relating to hunting. Europe criticizes us to hunt and allow too much and hurt too many exemptions from legislation already extensive. the adoption of article 38 will be serious consequences!
Will happen to hunt in August, when the birds are still dependent on parents or February, when birds are in full migration to the countries of northern Europe, where they go to reproduce.
Fortunately, the Chamber of Deputies, there is a large party of parliamentarians “animal lovers”, which includes the Ladies: Mancuso, Ceccacci, Catania, Giammanco, Sarubbi, Mannucci, Repetti, and many more. “It ‘a shame! This is not a standard worthy of a civilized country. Take every possible form of obstruction when the text returns to the House” continues the Hon. Gianni Mancuso.
“E ‘enough to recall the data from a recent Ipsos survey to include no basis for the measure approved by the Senate: 86% are against extending the hunting season, 94% are against the hunt for 16 years, 91% is against the increase of the species hunted, 93% are against the hunting of migratory birds, “concludes the Hon. Mancuso.
Italians call for greater protection for animals and nature, and this approach is also bad for the many hunters who do not have a position so extreme and radical.
