scrivo una mail perchè non posso sulle vostre segnalazioni spiegare cosa sta accadendo.

DOMANI ALLE ORE 16 PRESSO LA FONDAZIONE PRELZ DI CAMPAGNANO DI ROMA VIA MONTELUPOLI 45 VERRANNO RICONSEGNATI ALLA LORO AGUZZINA 51 CAGNOLINI DI RAZZA CHE GLI ERANO STATI SEQUESTRATI DAI CARABINIERI DIETRO MIA DENUNCIA.

Cerco di riassumervi quanto accaduto:

verso la fine di maggio di questo anno vengo allertata per una situazione di povertà di una signora nel comune di Pofi (Frosinone) proprietaria di alcuni cani. Quindi essendo una volontaria mi sono precipitata ad aiutarla con cibo per questi cagnolini. Mi sono trovata davanti una situazione tremenda di detenzione di questi cani, la signora altro non era che un’ALLEVATRICE di chiwawa, barboncini e bulldog francesi.

I cani erano in cattive condizioni di salute e igienico sanitarie, non si riusciva ad entrare dentro casa dall’odore nauseabondo che c’era. I cani erano detenuti tutti dentro la casa e quindi giravano nei loro escrementi.
Ho offerto alla signora il mio aiuto dicendole di darmi alcuni di questi cagnolini, i più malandati per curarli e poi trovargli un’adozione. Ma assolutamente non ne voleva sapere mi ha detto che quei cani gli erano costati tutta una vita di risparmi e lavoro e servivano per la riproduzione.
Ha anche ammesso che è caduta in disgrazia perchè i cuccioli che nascevano morivano tutti e altri grandi si attaccavano tra di loro e morivano per le ferite.

Così il 9 giugno ho inoltrato la mia denuncia al Nirda il corpo della Forestale CHE SI DOVREBBE OCCUPARE DI MALTRATTAMENTI DI ANIMALI.
Dopo 4 mesi il NIRDA ha passato la patata bollente ai Carabinieri di Pofi e di Frosinone che sono intervenuti.
Dalla loro descrizione hanno confermato ciò che io avevo denunciato.
I cani sono poi stati affidati alla Fondazione Prelz che gratuitamente si è impegnata ad accudirli e a curarli per darli poi in adozione sempre gratuitamente.

Non sappiamo come abbia potuto fare e quali conoscenze possa avere ma il Giudice solo dopo 5 giorni ha disposto il dissequestro a favore della signora Patrizia Costantini.
Si sono meravigliati gli stessi Carabinieri e persino il Sostituto Procuratore di Frosinone e che comunque procederà con il procedimento penale nei confronti della Costantini.
La Costantini ha vari procedimenti penali non solo per maltrattamenti ma per CRUDELTA’ verso gli animali disposte sempre dal Tribunale di Frosinone.
COME E’ POSSIBILE che pur descrivendo quello che i carabinieri hanno trovato e cioè “la cacca persino sui muri” e i cani malati abbia disposto il dissequestro ha suo favore!!!!!!!!!!!!
Inoltre ha disposto che la signora non li può riportare in quella casa dove sono stati sequestrati e che la Fondazione Prelz li deve tenere gratuitamente per la signora finchè non trova una sistemazione adeguata.

Il fatto è che la signora domani 2 ottobre se li va a riprendere e non sappiamo dove li porterà!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uno dei 51 cagnolini è ricoverato in una clinica di Roma, quello che proprio la Fondazione Prelz con i suoi mezzi non poteva curare, aveva vecchi morsi sulle zampine anteriori e purtroppo non è fuori pericolo perchè rischia di perdere le zampine poichè la necrosi sta avanzando e non reagisce alle cure.
Così sono morti tanti di loro, lasciati morire senza cure alcune.

Vi allego il comunicato stampa fatto quando abbiamo preso in consegna i 51 cagnolini e alcune foto.
Io per motivi che non Vi sto a spiegare non posso domani essere reperibile e quindi Vi prego per qualsiasi informazione di contattare Elisabetta Contri 338 6773144 che lavora presso la Fondazione e che è al corrente di tutto e che vi può fornire qualsiasi informazione in merito alla vicenda, lei è in possesso di tutti i documenti, di foto e anche del provvedimento del Giudice.

Spero tanto in un miracolo!!!!

TOMORROW AT 16 PM AT THE FOUNDATION OF ROME Prelz RURAL ROUTE 45 WILL BE RETURNING TO MONTELUPOLI their captors 51 CAGNOLINI BRED THAT WERE BEHIND MY COMPLAINT seized by the police.

I try to summarize what happened:

towards the end of May of this year are alerted to a situation of poverty of a lady in the town of Pofi (Frosinone) owns some dogs. So being a volunteer I rushed to help with food for these dogs. I found myself in front of a dreadful situation of detention of these dogs, the lady was but a breeder of chiwawa, poodles and French bulldogs.

The dogs were in poor health and hygiene and health, you could not go into the house there was sickening smell. The dogs were all kept inside the house and then turned in their droppings.
I offered my help to the lady telling her to give me some of these dogs, the most run-down to treat them and then to get adoption. But absolutely would not hear me say that these dogs had cost him a lifetime of savings and work and serve for reproduction.
He also admitted that fell into disfavor because the puppies that were born and died every other major clung together and died of his wounds.

June 9 so I forwarded my complaint to the body of Forestry Nirda WHO SHOULD FILL cruel treatment of animals.
After 4 months the NIRDA has passed the buck to the Carabinieri of Pofi and Frosinone who have spoken.
From their description confirmed what I had reported.
The dogs were then assigned to the Foundation free Prelz that is committed to pet them and then treat them to give them up for adoption always free.

We do not know how he could do and what knowledge can have but only after 5 days the judge has ordered the release from seizure in favor of Mrs. Patrizia Costantini.
Police were surprised themselves and even the deputy prosecutor of Frosinone and in any case proceed with the criminal proceedings against Costantini.
The Costantini has several criminal cases not only abuse but cruelty ‘to animals always arranged by the Court of Frosinone.
AS ‘POSSIBLE that while describing what the police have found and that “shit even on the walls” and the sick dogs has ordered release from seizure has its favor !!!!!!!!!!!!
He also ordered that she can not bring them to the house where they were seized and that the Foundation Prelz must keep them free for the lady until you find suitable accommodation.

The fact is that Mrs. October 2 tomorrow if you go back and do not know where to bring them !!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the 51 dogs has been admitted to a clinic in Rome, just what the Foundation Prelz with its resources could not cure, was bitten on the old front legs and, unfortunately, is not out of danger because they would lose the legs because the necrosis is progressing and not respond to treatment.
So many of them died, some left to die without treatment.

I am attaching the press release did when we took delivery of the 51 puppies and some photos.
I’m there for reasons not explained, I can not be available tomorrow and then I ask for any information contact Elizabeth Contri 338 6773144 who works at the Foundation and who is aware of everything that we can provide any information in connection with the incident she is in possession of all documents, photos and even the judge’s ruling.
