In seguito alle gravi affermazioni del sindaco di Campobasso, Giuseppe Di Fabio, trasmesse dal programma STRISCIA LA NOTIZIA del 13.04.09,il presidente del Partito Animalista Europeo,

Stefano Fuccelli, tramite il legale del P.A.E., dott. avvocato Edward Quimi del foro di Roma, ha inoltrato presso la competente Procura formale denuncia-querela contro il medesimo sindaco per reati di omissione di atti di ufficio, abuso di ufficio e maltrattamento di animali per avere interrotto illegalmente ed ingiustamente gli alimenti al canile comunale di Mirabello Sannitico.
