Prendendo atto che tutti i Dicasteri addetti al compimento del rispetto per i diritti degli animali sono in profonda crisi istituzionale creando un serio pericolo all’integrità degli stessi,

non ottemperando alle direttive della Commissione del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio del 23 gennaio 2006, riguardante un piano d’azione comunitaria per la protezione ed il benessere degli animali nel periodo 2006-2010 ( COM “206″ 13 – gazzetta ufficiale C 49 del 28.02.2006)  il PAE in data 12 gennaio 2010 ha presentato al presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri  On. Silvio Berlusconi formale richiesta di adempimento della normativa comunitaria in materia dei diritti degli animali, con riserva di agire nella competente sede Comunitaria.

Noting that all the departments engaged in the fulfillment of respect for the rights of animals are in a deep institutional crisis creating a serious threat to the integrity of those not complying with the directives of the Commission of the European Parliament and the Council of 23 January 2006 concerning a Community Action Plan for the Protection and Welfare of Animals 2006-2010 (COM “206″ 13 – Official Journal C 49 of 28.02.2006) the PAE on 12 January 2010 has presented to the President of the Council of Ministers On . Silvio Berlusconi formal request for compliance with Community legislation on animal rights, subject to the jurisdiction to act at Community level.
