"PROPOSED LAW ITALIAN ADMINISTRATION 2007"

Will assess all regulations governing the matter, Laws, Ordinances and Regulations with the aim of making appropriate changes and implementing scenarios to improve the living conditions of animals.

Proposed Law

 

1) Law 189/2004

2) Act 281/1991

3) Order Turkish ministerial 12:12:06

6) Regional Law 34/1997

The P.A.E. proposes that the provisions of this law are applied to the dogs belonging to the armed forces and police for service. Therefore calls for the repeal of that article of the Law

d) Regional Law 34/1997 art.12

(Registry canina)

7) City of Rome

Municipal Regulations on the Protection of Animals

Approved unanimously by the City Council on 24 October 2005. In effect from 9 November 2005.

8) Kennel, display and transfer title to any animal

11) Supervisory Bodies

The P.A.E. requires a concrete and effective supervision exercised by the bodies, the rules already in place, calls in addition, the effective implementation and regulation of the "Guardia Zoofilia" represents a service exclusively by volunteers-volunteers recognized and active in direct collaboration with ' Animals Rights Office and the Police (Polizia di Stato, Arma dei Carabinieri, Body guard Finance, the State Forestry Corps, Corps of provincial and municipal police), and with skills to raise the penalties already provided for (topic by Law No. 189/2004) with a right of access at any time at any site detention of animals (kennels public, private kennels, kennels agreement, farms, training centers, shops, yards, gardens, etc.).

Services and areas for the animals

 

12) Emergency Veterinary ASL

15) Arenile

One of the major causes of early animal in the summer period June to September is the prohibition of access, extended throughout the country, the same in the sandy areas.

16) Animal Rights Office

17) Vivisection and animal testing

We demand a radical change in research. Stop the vivisection and animal experimentation.

Not only in terms of ethics, where there can be no justification for these legalized torture, but also from a scientific point of view: animal testing in the evaluation of toxicity of the substances, in almost all cases provide forecasts for the wrong man. Each animal species is biologically, physiologically, genetically, anatomically very different from the others and the extrapolation of data between one species and another are impossible. 18) Hunting Activities

19) Intensive Farming

20) Bioparco Zoo

We demand the total abolition of the Zoo and / or Bioparco.

The P.A.E. does not consider the animals' phenomena from booths, dignity and rights must be guaranteed.

 

21) Vegetarian food

Given that live in our territory a few million vegetarians, the PAE considers legitimate and democratic propose, in the canteens, schools and public and private agencies, represented an alternative to food from food of animal origin.
