STAFF ASSOCIATION POLICY
Art. 1
NAME AND SEAT

PURPOSE
The association is guided by the values of democracy, legality, equality and solidarity, is to

MEMBERS
The association is made up of Founding Members, Ordinary Members and Associate Supporters:

Associates are committed to supporting the goals, programs and initiatives of which under this statute and the decisions of its members. Art. 5
REVOCATION OF WITHDRAWAL AND ASSOCIATED'S

Art 10
VALIDITY 'OF DECISIONS

Art 14
THE DEPUTY SECRETARY-EUROPEAN

THE EUROPEAN COUNCIL
The European Board of Directors:

The Congress or National Assembly shall meet in ordinary session at least once a year when convened by the President.

THE NATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The National Board of Directors:

THE ASSEMBLY OF DELEGATES OF CIRCLES TERRITORIAL

Art 26
I CIRCLES TERRITORIAL
I Territoriali Circles are the core organizational base, compete on the municipal area of jurisdiction and the achievement of the statutory social goal through the implementation of the program, the promotion of policy initiatives and the collection of signatures.
The basic rule of the Circles Territoriali is the internal democracy: there are no charges other than those strictly necessary. The territorial circles should send the National Board of Directors an annual account of its activities, or when they expressed the same request.

Art 27
MEMBERS OF THE ASSEMBLY
The ordinary general meeting of Members shall elect, freely and democratically with the absolute majority of votes of the participants in the meeting, its representative (also compatible with the figure of the President) and the Steering Committee.

Art 28
THE PRESIDENT OF THE CLUB
The President of the Circolo Territoriale is the founder of the Circle. THE DELEGATE REPRESENTATIVE

Art 31
THE COMMON FUND
The Common Fund represents the assets belonging to the self in collective ownership.
The autonomy of the mutual fund is manifested mainly in the ban on personal creditors of the associates of alleged boast about it.

FINAL PROVISIONS
For all matters not provided for in this Statute shall refer to the rules of the Civil Code and the current Italian law.
