Organizing the Territorial Circle Today, politics is the only instrument through which we can make real changes. The circle represents the nucleus Territoriale organizational base, contributing, on the municipal area of jurisdiction and the achievement of social goals statues through the implementation of the program, the promotion of policy initiatives and the collection of signatures. Elect a representative who, together with other delegates of the Circles, will appoint the Regional Coordinator who, in turn, will attend the National Congress to elect the representative bodies of the Movement.
